About

This site is a recording of my hermetic ramblings, there are no fixed schedule for postings, I post as and when I have something I consider worth posting.  What is posted may not necessarily make much sense, you have been warned so browse at your own risk.

The contents of this site and the ideas portrayed unless otherwise stated are mostly original and remain the property of the author (Hermesphilus), no copying, part or whole without prior written approval.

References to divinatory systems will more than likely be to the hermetic geomantic systems, unless states elsewhere. Quotes from the Corpus Hermetic are generally taken from my favourite translation, The Way of Hermes: New Translations of The Corpus Hermeticum and The Definitions of HermesTrismegistus to Asclepius by Clement Salaman (Author),‎ Dorine van Oyen (Author),‎ William D. Wharton (Author),‎ Jean-Pierre Mahe (Author).

All images and photos, unless otherwise indicated are not necessarily mine.  The use of any material from other sources is for the purpose of providing clarity, assisting with the presentation, or as a visual aid to convey the ideas or subject.
